School Management System is a large database system which can be used for managing your school's day to day business. SMS allows users to store almost all of their school's information.
The administrator has full control of the system, all functions will be performed from the administration panel. Here, the user can use the functions of CRUD and manage students, fees, bank, teachers, subjects, classes, transmissions, shelter, schedule, events, announcements / announcement, result of the exam, rate structure, assistance. Logon sessions can also be viewed from the admin panel. Now, speaking of all the main functions of the system, that is the function to add, edit, delete and see students, teachers, classes, hostels, transmissions and rate management. When adding a student, the user must provide the full name, select gender, date of birth, attach photos, registration number, select class, flow, shelter, date of entry, category, academic year, total fees, up-front fees, balance, and parents.Likewise, when adding professors, the user must provide the name, select the gender, age, telephone number, identification of the e-mail and the personnel number. For the payment of fees, the amount of the fee must be declared in the rate structure section. All payments are made through banks. Then, it is necessary to have a bank section here. And the user can add a bank name with an account number that is needed during the payment of a student’s fees. For the payment of fees, he / she has to select the name of a student, the session, provide the amount paid, select the bank branch and the observations. Not only the students and the teacher, here the user has to add the details of the subject and the classes as well. It is very easy to add subjects and classes, you just have to provide a subject and a class name. And speaking of transmissions, it also has the same procedure.
